We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part when preparing the order.

In this exceptional case, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing:

proof of purchase,

clear photos of the product concerned,

a description of the problem.

We reserve the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
